    Director /Construction Manager

    With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Phil is our masterbuilder. Phil oversees all of our construction projects and manages our on site workforce. Phil started his working career teaching woodwork before starting his own construction firm. Retaining his woodworking expertise, Phil also runs our specialist workshop creating bespoke furniture and cabinetry.

    When Phil is not busy on the building site, he enjoys having a cuppa with a good book and being with his grandchildren…

  • Timothy Skinner

    Director/Architect

    Tim trained as an architect at the Welsh School of Architecture, Cardiff. Tim has previously worked at studios: Design ACB and Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios gaining a vast experience in residential, higher education and commercial sectors.

    When Tim is not busy designing buildings, you can find him on the golf course, watching sport, playing sport, reading about sport, having a beer or being in the outdoors….

  • Tina Skinner

    Director / Administration

    Tina works behind the scenes coordinating our accounts and providing project support. Her organisation skills are paramount to the success of our projects.

    With a keen eye for detail and strong creative skillset in writing, Tina also assists in the production of our documentation.

    When Tina is away from her desk, she loves walking, reading, playing her guitar and singing as well as looking after her grandchildren.

  • Jon Skinner

    Business Consultant

    Jon oversees our business strategy and financing. As a qualified accountant and experience business consultant, Jon is able to bring a wealth of strategic ideas and structure to our projects.

    Jon's financial experience is also paramount in pursuing our development opportunities as well as securing finance for private clients wishing to build their homes.

    When Jon’s away from the office he will be racing those country lanes on his bike, hiking in the countryside or tasting a fancy Pinot noir…

  • Kay Skinner

    Marketing Manager

    Kay has worked with several small businesses and charities running their marketing, PR and social media. She helps capture our projects’ progress and present the finished article.

    When Kay is away from the laptop, she also teaches Pilates and is a fitness instructor. She loves anything in the outdoors and is partial for a great little coffee shop…

  • Peter Dunn

    Site Manager

    Peter is our ‘man on ground’ and runs the logistics of the building site on a daily basis. Peter has wealth of experience in a variety of trades and has a passion for excellence.

    When Peter is away from the site you will find him busy in the garden or looking after his horses and dogs.
